PIECES of me/LOOK ma'! no hands!

now, I don't normally break the "blame game" rules but this post requires a double subject. it's twice as nice because it's about my ridiculous packing (my things = PIECES of me) for Glastonbury
(I went = LOOK ma'! no hands!). see how that worked? perfect.
I am pleased to say that this was my first Glastonbury experience.
I was so fresh that the typically British weather didn't phase me. I was just pumped to be there.

anyway, I know that festival fields are now full on runway shows and hey, I love me some runway action but not when I've been sleeping in a tent hot-boxed with party sweat and morning breath for five days.
I'm no princess (gasp!), but the thought of taking time to "get ready"
while smelling half as bad as I looked just did not seem remotely possible.
anyway, rant, rant, rant, look what I packed!

blame me on my festival necessities;

- whistle
- designer espadrilles which I "broke-in" too literally
- face wipes/body wipes/tooth wipes/shaved part of my head wipes
- a vast selection of headbands
- a moo moo
- frisbee
- belt/mini purse thingy
- tiger mask
- retirement home sunglasses
- black t-shirt

no one wears pants at these things, it's a fact.

Thanks Jojo!
I've left it to our dear friend Wikipedia to fully disect a moo moo;

The moo moo or muʻumuʻu (English pronunciation: /ˈmuːmuː/) is a loose dress of Hawaiian origin[1] that hangs from the shoulder. Like the Aloha shirt, muumuu exports are often brilliantly colored with floral patterns of generic Polynesian motifs. Muumuu for local Hawaiian residents are more subdued in tone. Muumuu are no longer as widely worn at work as the aloha shirt, but continue to be the preferred formal dress for weddings and festivals such as the Merrie Monarch hula competition. They are also frequently worn as a uniform by women working in the hotel industry[citation needed]. Muumuu are also popular as maternity wear because they do not restrict the waist.
